Changelog: Smarter Event Tracking
A new update has hit our platform! What was formerly known as the Timeline of Events has now evolved into the Changelog, offering insights into every thing you change about your product or listing.
The functionality remains (mostly) the same. In the background we have giving much needed attention to the infrastructure. With more and more products being tracked. With this update we have also decided to give the dashboard part a fresh update.
As of functionality we have added reviews to the changelog, so you are able to see the impact of a review on your ranking. We have also added if the product has not been available / not being sold to the changelog so the impact shows of the ranking drop when you are not available on the bol.com platform.
Here’s an overview of what we added:
Reviews, so you can see new reviews coming in and check the impact of new reviews.
Product availability monitoring, which allows you to track when a product goes out of stock, how long it remains unavailable, and when it becomes available again.
Visual improvement of the timeline itself for a more intuitive user experience.
Title changes, to track the impact of a new title.
Description changes, to track the impact of any description change made.
Price changes, to track the impact of any change of your product pricing.
Image changes, to track the impact of any image changes you have made.

Expect more KPIs and features to be integrated into this tool soon, making it even easier to analyze how different events impact your product performance.

This update is a major step forward, but we’re not stopping here. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming in future releases:
