We have launched version 4 of our dashboard. In this changelog I will go over the changes so you can get the most out of Bollify.
V4 has been an overhaul of the dashboard. The underlying framework has been updated and with that some additional changes have been made. We have adapted a new UI library and added some new features.

Changes:
Home
The home view should like it said be a view. We have long debated over what should we do with home, but we have come with the conclusion that different workspaces have different needs. So the solution? Make it yourself! That's right, within a workspace you can choose what you want to see on the home view. Want to see the keywords that are being tracked in the workspace? Just add that card to the home view. Want to see the most changed positions within a project? just add it to the home view. We launch this feature with some cards, but will be adding more along the way! Is there a card you would like on your home view? please let us know!
Tables and action button
Most tables have a new look. This new look allows for more sorting, filtering, and customization Action buttons have been moved to a more convenient place. Right above the tables you will find action buttons that are relevant for the data within. This allows for a more fluent workflow.
Reports
Product level:
We have moved the Timeline of events out of the ranking report in favor of a product distribution chart. We believe this chart shows more relevant data towards the product performance, showcasing not only the average position like you were used to in the Timeline of events chart but also showing the amount of positions and it's distribution of those positions, giving you an easy to read chart and an aim to go as blue as you can! The ranking report now also comes with a distribution comparison with the first and last date that has been selected.

The distribution and review card on the product overview have gotten a new look.
All the reports now work with date-ranges! This makes it possible to select the specific timeframe you are interested in.
Keyword level
Listing report has gotten an overhaul. It's now easier to see which brands or sellers are dominating and how much their share has changed. You can also see which products have been added, departed or stayed. This report also has gotten a date-range upgrade.
Reverse ranking report has also been updated with a date-range! The ranking report now also comes with a distribution comparison with the first and last date that has been selected.
Project level
The volume report keyword table has changed. From only showing the keyword with the 30D volume chart to a table showcasing it's day-to-day volume of the last 30 days like that chart.
The position report has also gotten an overhaul. It has also been updated with a date-range. It's now easier to compare the distribution changes within a project. Just like the ranking report on product and keyword level it will showcase the difference in distribution of the first date and last date. However within these 2 dates you can also select 2 additional dates comparing up to 4 dates at once.
Additional bulk reports
Bulk product reviews report has been added. You can now run a report where you can get all the product reviews of products within a project or within a workspace within a given date-range. For example: All the tracked products reviews of the last 28 days. This will return all the reviews that been placed within the last 28 days on the products returned in a row.
Bulk positions. We already have one ranking report showcasing the changes of products on the lowest category, but we have made an additional report on request. This report will give you all the positions a product is found upon in our database including categories, your tracked keywords but also the keywords someone else is tracking within Bollify. You can run the report on workspace level or on project level, giving you all the rankings of all the products within, all within a given date-range.
Keyword lists
You can now collect keywords within keyword lists! Want to save interesting keywords without having to search again or manually keep it inside an excel? Just add the keywords to a keyword list. The keywords are stored and the data will be updated with the latest data of our keyword database automatically!
Magnet
The magnet has gotten some upgrades! It's no longer only good for finding longtail keywords but also relevant keywords. We have made our own algorithm to check for relevant keywords based upon a seed phrase.
You can now search with a product EAN or product bol url. Yes! you have heard it right. With our own relevant algorithm, we can now also look for relevant keywords for a product making it even easier to find title optimization for your listing.
Alerts
We have launched the beginning of alerts. Right now it will give you an alert of reviews that have been left on your tracked products within the last 30 days. You can change the requirements of the alerts you deem relevant. You can filter out products or stars. Knowing if you have gotten a bad review on one of your products has never been so easy. Just check your alerts and you will know!
Expand view option
Just above the settings icon, there is a new icon. This is an expand function. Do you want Bollify to stretch over all the available space on your monitor? just click the expand button and see the magic happen.
Settings
Settings have also been overhauled. Keeping the most the same just splitting up some things to make it easier. However we have added a couple new tabs where 2 of the tabs are available to you right away.
The invoices tab now lets you easily access the invoices that have taken place, you can see the invoices and download them.
The feedback tab makes it possible to send us feedback. We have always been open to feedback through different channels like the chat or email. Right now we have added an extra channel through the dashboard itself. All feedback is welcome!
