Exciting news! Bollify has just leveled up with a fresh new update. Preparing the platform for a better workflow and more data insights.

In this changelog, we will detail the changes and explain how they can help you. This is just the beginning of our data-sharing capabilities, and we’re excited to continue enhancing your experience with future updates.

Quick Summary of Changes:

- Bol Retailer API Connection: Streamline your workflow with a new API connection.

- New Data Tables for Products and Keywords: Enhanced structure for your dashboard.

- Advanced Data Filtering: Meet your specific needs with improved filtering options.

Bol.com API Connection

The most significant and efficient change in our dashboard is the Bol.com API Connection. In the upper right corner under Settings > API, you’ll see a bright blue ‘Connect to Bol’ button. This Single Sign-On (SSO) feature simplifies retrieving products and data. Log in with your Bol.com account to create the connection.

If you prefer, the manual connection method is still available. You can generate an API in Bol and connect using the client ID and secret ID manually. However, we recommend the SSO for a more secure connection.

API Benefits:

Say goodbye to manually copying and pasting EANs into Bollify. Importing your products can now be done automatically. Manual EAN importation remains available for tracking competitors or products without store credentials.

Future Update Sneak Peek:

The second integration of the API focuses on data retrieval. Bollify will automatically retrieve your Bol.com data, such as:

- Orders

- Returns

- Views

-Impressions

-Conversions

- Buybox status

& more

We’re starting with data related to your offers, including stock data, offer price, offer status, and buybox status. Future updates will expand this to include revenue, views, impressions, and advertising.

New Product and Keywords Tables

With additional data, we’ve overhauled the data tables, providing more ways to customize your workflow. Don’t want to see certain data? Disable columns from the view in the “Customize View” dropdown. Need to see products with no stock? Click the quick filter in the dropdown. For a more specific search, add your own filter with a ruleset. This way, you can quickly retrieve and categorize the products you want to see.

You can now hover over data points. If the cursor or background color changes, it means you can open a detailed report for more insights. For example, clicking on “amount of sellers” shows which sellers are active on the listing.

Advanced Data Filtering

Data Categorization

Data from the Netherlands and Belgium is now categorized separately, and you can include this in your filters.

New Menu Changes

We’ve updated our menu for a better overview, with the ability to expand or collapse the menu.

Discovery Changes

The discovery data tables have received the same updates as the product and keyword tables, providing more data and customization options. We’ve also removed the singular searched data in the magnet, to give more space to the data you’re looking for.

Small Updates:

¡ Fixed issue of products not showing the deepest category ranking on the product level card.

¡ Added more details on keyword rows within discovery for sponsored products, price stats, and review stats.

¡ Reduced the time it takes to switch workspaces.

¡ Fixed an issue that showed duplicate EANs in the workspace.

¡ Added an export to CSV option for your tracked keywords.

A Quick Look Forward

This update marks the first step towards our fully enhanced platform. Here’s what you can expect in our next release:

¡ More expansive API data enhancements, including data like orders, revenue, impressions, views, returns, and buybox percentages.

¡ Inclusion of ranking data in the data tables for a more cohesive and faster workflow.

¡ Expansion of sales dashboards, allowing you to see the performance of your multiple stores and section them into projects for better insights.

We are excited about the future of Bollify and the direction we are heading. We are actively creating a platform that enhances your workflow and provides insights to help you achieve better results.
